DumpYourPhoto is a free and easy photo hosting service that has no limitations and doesn't contain any advertisements. You can upload up to 5MB per photo and the allowed photo types are gif, jpg, jpeg, png. It's very easy to use, you just have to select your photo and press Dump.
If you want to categorize your photos, you only have to sign up and start creating your photo albums.

DumpYourPhoto has the right to delete any photo that is illegal, inappropiate or violates any laws. When violating these terms your photo(s) will be deleted and you will be banned. The photo(s) that you upload or/and share are your responsiblity, not the responsiblity of DumpYourPhoto.
